One month since Braithwaite was introduced

It was on February 20 that the Danish international was presented to the Camp Nou

In what now feels like a totally different era, it was a month ago that Martin Braithwaite arrived at FC Barcelona on February 20, being presented at Camp Nou as an emergency replacement for the injured Ousmane Dembélé.

The Danish international signed from Leganés where he had been a huge success, arrived on the same morning that the transfer was officially announced, passed his medical with flying colours and got his first look around the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper

By the evening, he was already sitting down with President Josep Maria Bartomeu to sign his contract and then head out onto the Camp Nou field, wearing the club colours and joined by his two children, for the traditional unveiling to the fans.

His unforgettable first day ended with a conference Ricard Maxenchs pressroom.

One month later and Covid-19 has stopped everything, but Braithwaite did manage to appear in the three games, in which we have already been treated to some moment of class, including his key role in two of the five goals against Eibar.
