The Madrid-based side jumped to a 6-2 lead thanks to a superb Rogne and Lazarov. Barça’s reaction was led by Noddesbo, who tied the match up at the end of the first half (13-13). A 0-7 run in the second half gave Barça the lead it needed to secure the title (14-20). Barça brushed Atlético Madrid aside with a final score of 24 to 32, thus securing the first piece of silverware of the season for the Blaugrana.
