FC Barcelona's Juvenil A (U18) team will host Málaga at the Miniestadi this Sunday (12:00) in the return leg of the semi-finals of the Copa del Rey after losing 3-0 in the away leg in Málaga
Dongou is suspended and will not be able to lead the Azulgrana attack
The team led by Pep Muñoz need to mount an epic comeback if the team want to stay in the running for the last title of the season: the Copa del Rey. In the away leg of the semi-finals, the Azulgranas lost by 3-0 to Málaga. Tickets for the match, which will be played on Sunday at the Miniestadi (12:00), are free. All of the players have urged fans to attend the match, via social media, in order to help the team in the decisive match. The Juvenil A (U18) team hope to end the season with one last title.
The key to success
The Azulgranas need to impose their style of play and dominate the match from the starting minute. The players led by Muñoz don’t have the luxury to allow Málaga to develop their play.
Another factor to keep in mind is the Barça defence. The players at the back need to shutout the visiting side, if they concede a goal, the reaction must be swift and effective.
Doungou is suspended for this match after he was shown two yellow cards in the away game. For this reason the Azulgrana manager has to find another striker to lead Barça’s offence. The players need to be more efficient in the return leg with their shots on goal than they were in Málaga, where they enjoyed multiple chances but didn't score.
Support from the fans
Tickets to Sunday’s match (12:00) are free. The players need the support from the fans in order to mount a successful comeback from the 3-0 deficit from the away leg. In the return leg of the quarterfinals, the Juvenil A team sealed a spot in the semifinals in the last minute against Real Sociedad. This Sunday, Muñoz’ men will have their last chance to realise their dream: finishing the year win another title. Nothing is impossible.
