FC Barcelona’s Juvenil A team (U18) are in London, where they will play their second match of the Next GenSeries (20 h CET, Eurosport). The Azulgranas will play away to Tottenham at White HartLane, one of the Premier League's most storied stadiums. “It’s fantastic that we get to play in a Premier League stadium. I’m not the only one that’s excited. All the players are excited. We hope to play a good game,” said AdamaTraoré.
Last season the Juvenil A team were excited to play at Celtic Park, and this year the Azulgrana youngsters will get a similar experience. White Hart Lane was built in 1899 and can seat 36,000 spectators. “We have to take advantage of these opportunities and experience what first-team players get to experience on a regular basis. It’s very motivating,” said the Juvenil A player Joseph Ondoe. XaviQuintillà shares his teammates’ enthusiasm, but he noted that Barça must treat this game like any other: “we’ll go out and give it our all, we must treat this game like any other away game. We have to be motivated for every match.”
