Week of training without the internationals

In a week marked by the international break, FC Barcelona’s first team will train four times over the next seven day. All training sessions will start at 10.00 and will be held at the Ciutat Esportiva. The players have this Monday off as well as next weekend. Vilanova will only be able to call upon Pinto, Fontàs, Puyol, Thiago and Dos Santos this week.

It’s worth noting that 17 of Barça’s first team players, including four Barça B players, have been called up to their respective national teams.

Spain: Valdés, Jordi Alba, Piqué, Busquets, Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Cesc and Villa

Spain U21: Montoya, Bartra, Planas, Tello, Sergi Roberto and Deulofeu*
