May 5th will always be remembered by Barça fans. Josep Guardiola led his team for the last time at the Camp Nou in an emotional match against Espanyol. Guardiola’s farewell  to the Camp Nou was the focus of attention this morning by the press as the manager’s speech and his emotive goal celebration with Messi featured prominently on the covers  of dailies from around the world.

Moreover, Messi’s four-goal performance also featured highly in they dailies’ front pages. The international press highlighted the Argentine’s magnificent game, which saw him reach the half-century goal mark in La Liga.
