TitoVilanova signed his two-year contract this morning in Sandro Rosell’s office. Vilanova, who will be FC Barcelona’s head manager through June 30, 2014, put his name to paper as President Rosell; vice-president of Sports, Josep M. Bartomeu; football director, AndoniZubizarreta, and the manager’s representative looked on.
Furthermore, during the signing ceremony, Jordi Roura signed his contract as well. He’ll be Vilanova’s assistant manager and Aureli Altimira will be the team’s physical trainer.
With Tito Vilanova at the head of the Barça bench, the style of play, which has characterized the team these passed four years, is guaranteed. The Bellcaire d’Empordà native is the 16th Catalan first-team manager in FC Barcelona history.
