Barça will host Real Madrid in the Camp Nou on match day 7 while the clash in the Bernabeu will take place on 3rd March

The dates for the Spanish Super Cup were also announced this Tuesday. The first leg will be in the Camp Nou on 23rd August and the return leg in the Santiago Bernabeu on 30th August.
The 2012/13 league fixtures between Barça and Real Madrid will take place in the Camp Nou on the weekend of 6th and 7th October and in the Bernabeu on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd March (match day 26). Unlike previous seasons, both matches come early on in the season.
Good omens
As has been the case in three of the previous four seasons, the second match will take place in the Santiago Bernabeu. It’s interesting to note that the away team in the second of the league encounters between the two teams in the last four seasons has gone on to claim the title. Here are the stats:
