Juan Carlos Unzué's contract rescinded

FC Barcelona and Juan Carlos Unzué have mutually decided to rescind the contract that linked the two parties together through June 30, 2013.

FC Barcelona would like to thank Juan Carlos Unzué for his dedication and work with the first team and wish him success in his future professional endeavours.

Two stages as goalkeeper coach

Juan Carlos Unzué bids farewell to the Club after eight years as the goalkeeper trainer. His first spell with the team started in 2003, with Frank Rijkaard on the first-team bench, and ended in 2010. The following season he left the Club to train Numancia for a year. In the summer of 2011, Unzué returned to FC Barcelona to take up the goalkeeper coach position.
