Club to appeal Tito Vilanova's two-match ban

FC Barcelona’s legal services will appeal Tito Vilanova’s two-match ban imposed by the Spanish Football Federation’s Competition Committee. The manager was ejected from the match against Osasuna for protesting a foul on Sergio Busquets.

It’s worth noting that FC Barcelona contested the allegations made in the Muñiz Fernández’ post-match report, where the referee stated that the FC Barcelona manager was ejected for “angrily protesting a play of the match, after he had been warned by the assistant referee.”
