Women's team in Pyrénées International Women’s Cup

Espanyol, Real Sociedad, Montpelier, Toulouse and Levante will also feature in the competition

The tournament will take place in Andorra and will start on June 16 and go through the 17th. The champions of the Superliga have been placed in Group A with Montpelier and Real Sociedad

The FC Barcelona Women’s team will participate in the sixth edition of the Pyrénées International Women’s Cup Andorra 2012. The team led by Xavi Llorens will play in the competition after winning the Women’s Superliga this season.

The rivals

The Azulgranas have been placed in Group A, along with Real Sociedad and Montpellier. Barça start off the competition against the Basque side at 9:30 this Saturday. Later, at 18:00, Barça will face the French team.

The group leader will go on to play the winners of Group B - made up of Espanyol, Levante and Toulouse. The teams that finish second in their groups will face off in the third and fourth place match.

The Pyrénées International Women’s Cup will be played at the Camp d’Esports del Consejo General in Andorra.
