The schools from Warsaw, Dubai, Kuwait, Egypt, India and South Korea will participate in FC Barcelona's International Tournament
Approximately 600 children will compete in the tournament
FCBEscola will host the second edition of the International Tournament of Easter Week after last year’s inaugural - and very successful - tournament. A total of 52 FCBEscola teams from around the world will face off against each other on the fields next to the Miniestadi from Monday, March 25, through Thursday, March 28.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on Monday, the 25th, at 10.30, while the closing ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, the 28th, at 14.00.
600 youngsters to feature in the tournament
A total of 12 different FCBescolas (Barcelona, Vilanova del Vallès, Tenerife, Warsaw, Dubai, Kuwait, Egypt, South Korea, Japan and India) will feature in the tournament. The teams will be divided up in four categories: Initiation, Performance, Formation and Infant. Approximately 600 children will compete in the three-day tournament.
The first phase of the competition is scheduled to run from Monday through Wednesday morning, and the playoffs and finals will take place on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. The finals are scheduled for Thursday, March 28, at 10.30, 11.30 and 12.30.
