Barça B will close out their United Kingdom tour this Friday at Reebok Stadium against Bolton Wanderers. The English team will play in the Championship after being relegated last season but they are still a very dangerous outfit with a lot of quality.
“Bolton are a typical English team, they have a lot of intensity and pace. Moreover, they know how to counterattack and their defence is very well practiced,” said Eusebio Sacristán ahead of tomorrow’s match. “This is a Premiership club, it just so happens that this year they’re in the Championship. I sure they will push us to the limit, which is good for us as we prepare for the start of the season,” he added.
The match against Bolton will be the last pre-season game of the summer before Barça B host Almería at the Miniestadi in the first game of the Liga Adelante (Friday, August 15, at 19.00).
