Barça and Spartak directors dined together ahead of tomorrow's Champions League match
An intense round institutional meetings took place in Moscow today as FC Barcelona’s first team prepare to face Spartak on Tuesday (18.00, C + Liga de Campeones). This Monday afternoon was marked by a promotional event thanks to the agreement that was signed 10 days ago between FC Barcelona and the Catalan Tourism Agency.
The Club was represented by director Jordi Moix, who explained, among other things, the reasons behind the success of the FC Barcelona Museum and Barça’s youth academy - which is regarded with praise around the world.
The director of the Catalan Tourism Agency, Josep Maria Perramon, was also present at the meeting which boasted 80 Russian tourist agents, all of whom watched the first five minutes of Barça’s training session.
Conference with Faus
FC Barcelona’s vice-president, Javier Faus, led a conference with 150 business students from Moscow’s RMA Business School. The ‘Sports Industry Management Course’ conference, which was held at Luzhniki Stadium, gave Faus the opportunity to explain Barça’s business model to the students.
At the conclusion of both events, the two Blaugrana directors, along with President Rosell and the directors Toni Freixa, Eduard Coll, Javier Bordas, Silvio Elías and Joan Bladé, dined with the directors of Spartak Moscow.
