FCB Virtual Tour, the most interactive virtual experience on the FC Barcelona grounds

On Wednesday, the FCBVirtual Tour (www.fcbvirtualtour.com) was presented, a unique digital experience that takes users right inside the FC Barcelona facilities in interactive fashion from anywhere in the world. The web-based app is the most realistic and complete interactive digital experience available for enjoying the Club’s facilities and history.

The FCB Tour Virtual is made up of 250 hi-res spherical aerial and terrestrial photographs, which are ordered to create a virtual and intuitive tour for users. To guide you through the interactive experience and help you decide your route, there is a full interface featuring different buttons, icons and arrows.

The Sky & Earth company, run by former player Salvador Garcia, or Salva, was commissioned with the development of the FCB Virtual Tour using the very latest technological processes and elements. The FCB Virtual Tour includes hi-res terrestrial and aerial photographs that can be explored using an excellent zoom feature. The application is available for free on PC, MAC, tablets and Smartphones and can be enjoyed in Catalan, Spanish, English and Chinese. The FCB Virtual Tour offers a variety of different ways of enjoying the experience, including free visits to some of the best known locations, and also the chance, through payment of a small fee, to explore some of the more exclusive and restricted zones. Different packages of experiences are available in order for users to be able to access the exclusive zones that they are most interested in seeing.

The spherical tour is able to integrate any multimedia element, from image galleries to movable texts, videos, sounds, 3D objects, web links and interactive PDFs. The FCB Virtual Tour is a wonderful way for Barça fans to visit parts of the facilities they would otherwise never get to see. They can explore the whole of the Camp Nou, including the dressing rooms, the presidential box and other exclusive areas, and also tour the Miniestadi, the training grounds, the Masia–Centre de Formació Oriol Tort and the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
