Medical tests confirmed that the North American forward has a grade-two sprain in his medial collateral ligament

Chuck Eidson underwent further medical tests today after he picked up an injury in yesterday’s match against Real Madrid. The tests confirm that the player has a grade-two sprain in his medial collateral ligament (MCL), however the ligament did not tear or rupture. Eidson will be out of action for three to four weeks.
