Barça Regal were defeated in their final match of the first half of the season. The match away to Esutdiantes ended in 88 to 66 for the home team. The Blaugrana trailed Estudiantes for the whole game, and at one point their were behind by 34 at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid. Lorbeck started the match off strong, but Estudiantes’ field goal accuracy and Barça Regal’s overturns decided the match. In the second half CJ Wallace, from the three-point line, brought Barça Regal back into contention but Estudiantes did well to hold onto the lead.
