The team celebrating a goal / FCB-ARCHIVE

FC Barcelona Lassa completed their second consecutive win the OK League on Tuesday with a convincing win over Calafell away from home. Ricard Muñoz’s side reduced the deficiton league leaders Vic with the victory and maintained the form they showed recently in the Copa Continental and the Spanish Super Cup. The blaugranes had to come from behind after Valverde put the home side ahead but goals from Gual, Pablo Álvarez, Matias Pascual, Panadero and Xavi Costa secured victory for Barça Lassa.

Barça Lassa just a point off leaders

After seven games of the season the blaugranes have 15 points and are second in the table, level with Liceo. The draw between the two unbeaten sides Vic and Vilafranca (3-3) means that Ricard Muñoz’s team are now just a point behind the leaders who have played a game less. Confidence is now high ahead of Sunday’s game against Noia Freixenet at the Palau Blaugrana.
