The Swedes began the second half in a hurry and Hallen’s two goals came in spell when the visitors outscored Barça 5 to 1 to take a 17-16 lead. The two sides continued to trade blows and coming into the final few minutes, Kristianstad still led 29-27.

Barça did not give up and they were able to turn things around with four unanswered goals. Dolenec with 50 seconds remaining made it 31-29 and Xavi Pascual’s side had their first win in the Champions League of the season.
