Victor Tomàs fa un llançament

Thirty out of thirty. FC Barcelona’s handball team closed out the 2013/14 Liga Asobal with a record-breaking winning run. The men managed by Xavi Pascual were made to sweat against Naturhouse La Rioja, but in the end victory was for the Blaugrana.

Both teams fought hard to close out their Liga Asobal campaigns in style. The home team could have finished the second half of the season without dropping any points, and the Blaugrana, on the other hand, could have made history by completing 30 match days without defeat. The scales tipped in Barça’s favour and history was made.
