Barça Lassa are in fine form going into the Copa Catalunya, which starts next week with a semi-final against CFS Montcada. Marc Carmona’s side played a Saturday friendly behind closed doors at the Palau, winning 5-2 against Levante UD DM.
After games with Benfica and Sporting of Portugal, this week it was back to playing a fellow LNFS outfit. The first half was a tight affair, the home team leading 2-1 at the break.
A Levante own goal after the restart put Barça Lassa in command and despite Levante playing a rush-goalie, they managed to hang on, with Wilde nabbing the fifth right at the end. Barça’s goalscorers today were Aicardo, Ferrao, Sena (og), Dyego and Wilde, while the visitors scored through Lin (og) and Pichi.
