On September 10 of 2013 at the Palau Blaugrana, Barça Alusport conquered the only title that they hadn’t won in Club history, the Spanish Super Cup. They defeated ElPozo Murcia in the final thanks to the 0-1 result from the first leg and the 5-5 draw in the second leg.

Slim advantage after the first bout

Carmona’s men took the first game thanks to a solitary goal from Fernandao on 31 minutes away to ElPozo Murcia. The goal allowed the blaugrana to return to Barcelona with a slight advantage, but not one big enough to be too confident of winning the title.

Phenomenal game to win the Cup

The second leg at the Palau Blaugrana wasn’t easy for Barça Alusport. The blaugrana were incredible in the first half as they scored five goals in the opening 20 minutes. At the break the score was 5 to 2. In the second half ElPozo fired back and scored three goals to tie up the game. Barça’s defense stood strong and the one title they hadn’t won was finally theirs.
