Barça Lassa ended a demanding week of three games with a win against Betis (82-89), in a match that was largely dominated by Sito Alonso’s side. Vezenkov was the most outstanding player for the visitors.

The game began with Betis scoring regularly and surging into an early 10-2 lead. However, thanks to their ball recovery and control on the rebound, Barça were able to significantly cut the deficit before the end of the first period (21-19).

Koponen’s basket put the Blaugrana into the lead during the second period (24-25, min 15), and Heurtel’s three-pointer pushed the visitors seven points clear. It was at this point that Barça Lassa really started to dominate proceedings and the scoreboard reflected it (42-59).

Fifth consecutive victory

The win was confirmed in the last period, initially with an advantage that was approaching 20 points, and which finally ended with Barça Lassa seven ahead. The last moments of the match also saw the debut of Radions Kurucs in the Endesa League. A third win of the week was the fifth consecutive victory between the League and Euroleague.
