August 10 will be the date on which the 51st Joan Gamper Trophy will be held, which will see FC Barcelona take on Sampdoria at 8.30pm CET. This edition will mark the start of the 25th season since the club’s first ever European Cup against the same opponent and will be another few days in which the penyas movement will take a leading role.
Tickets sell to open on the 1st of July on 10am. Ticket prices will be from 25 to 89 euros and Penyes have 15% discount.
Supporters Clubs World Congress and activities
It has been confirmed that the XXXVII Supporters Clubs World Congress will be held on the same day at the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya, as has become customary in recent years. Furthermore, the parallel activities will start on 8 August.
The XI seven-a-side penyas tournament will be the first to start, and will take place on 8 and 9 August. Also set to be held is the popular dinner, the fifth cards tournament and the Penyes Futbol Games, among many other activities.
