The supporters club movement is in mourning. Edmundo Bazo, president of the Federation of FC Barcelona Supporters Clubs of Madrid, died on the 26th of June in Torrejón de Ardoz.
Bazo will be remembered for his positive spirit, and for always showing his support for Barça in Madrid, and wherever he went, without ever losing sight of fair play and peaceful coexistence between fans of different teams. Not surprisingly, he also held a position at AFEPE, the national grouping of supporters club federations, which encompasses all supporters groups from various football clubs.
FC Barcelona is saddened by this loss and offers its full support and condolences to his family and friends, as well to the entire supporters club movement.
The funeral was a civil ceremony, which took place in Torrejón de Ardoz.
