FC Barcelona and the Supporters Clubs Advisory Council celebrated this Saturday the second plenary session of this season. Both bodies also had the traditional Chrismas dinner along with the last plenary to be held this year. During the event, held at Avantllotja Lateral, the path towards the new structure of the penyes movement has been set, which is rather focused on self-management. Jordi Cardoner also mentioned the new Social Area so as to cover the needs of both members and supporters clubs.

The plenary session followed the schedule according to the matters to validate with those the commitees habe been working on. Supporters clubs regulations update, the federations election process, events and activities and the census have been the main issues dealt during the meeting, with the presence of most of the 35 delegates of the Supporters Clubs Advisory Council.

Cardoner, satisfied with management

Vicepresident Jordi Cardoner i Casaus showed satisfaction with the selfmanagement carried out during this last three years. “It was our main goal and we are convinced it has been achieved, thanks to the maturity the project has developed, and the way it has been consolidated”. Cardoner also highlighted that “we believe this organ shows enough sensibility to take most decisions to affect the movement in general”, also adding “the aim is for the Supporters Clubs Advisory Council to become the Supporters Clubs Council, being able to take their own descisions within the regulations set by the Club”.
