01. How can I change the name on a season ticket?

You can transfer your seat to somebody else, to do so you must come to the Offices of the Barcelona Supporters Service (OAB):

Conditions:
You can change the name as long as the new owner is a club member and does not already have a seat in the venue in his or her name.
The owner him or herself may make a name change once every 12 months.
Names can only be changed for complete, League and weekend, Palau Blaugrana, Miniestadi and car park season tickets.
All payments relating to the cards should be up to date.

To make a name change, the cardholder and the person to whom the card is to be transferred must present the following documentation :

Documentation:
Transfer letter signed by the owner.
If the owner is unable to come to the club in person, the transfer letter must be signed by the same and legitimised by a notary.
Photocopy of the owner and beneficiary's national ID cards.
Original national ID card and photocopy of the members involved in the name change.
Original cards and valid season tickets with all payments up to date.
If the members are related, proof of age and identity books or other documentation accrediting this relationship must be presented.
If the cardholding member has died: the death certificate must be provided, plus documentation proving the inheritance (will or proof of age and identity) is necessary, and a letter from all other potential inheritors renouncing their claims along with photocopies of the national ID cards of those signing the document (those that are unable to come to our offices must provide a signature legitimised by a notary). Inheritors must inform the club of the death of the cardholding member and of their intention to proceed with a change of name within a maximum period of one year.

Changes of name:

Unlike the membership card, which is personal and non-transferable, and therefore cannot be transferred to anybody, season tickets (complete and for the League in the stadium, complete and basketball in the Palau, parking and Miniestadi) can be exchanged if observing an established mechanism.

Conditions:

Who can become a season ticket holder;

Relatives one time removed Between parents and children Between grandparents and grandchildren Between married couples and co-habiting couples (recorded in register) Between brothers and sisters and in-laws Between parents and children and in-laws Members of more than five years People included in the season ticket waiting list before 22/11/10. Members included after this date may receive a season ticket when they are able to due to this date being applicable for the adjudication of new season tickets due to movement in the list.

Conditions:

A change of name can be made as long as the new holder complies with the aforesaid conditions and does not already have another seat assigned to them in the same facility. The same holder may only make one change of name every 12 months. Changes of name will only be allowed for complete, League, complete and basketball at the Palau, Miniestadi and parking season tickets.

All cards must be up to date with payments.

To make a change of name the holder and beneficiary must appear in person and provide the following documentation.

Documentation:

Letter of transfer signed by the holder If the holder cannot come in person to the club, the letter of transfer must also have the signature legitimated by a notary Photocopy of the holder and beneficiary’s national ID document Original and photocopy of the national ID documents of the members involved in the change of name Originals of the cards and season tickets, which must be currently valid and up to date with payments In the case of the members being related, the family books or any documentation that validates this relationship must be provided In the case of death of the holder, the death certificate must also be provided along with documentation accrediting inheritance (family book or will) and if necessary a latter renouncing any other inheritors, along with a photocopy of the national ID documents of the signees (signatures of anybody that cannot come in person to the offices must be legitimated by a notary).

The inheritors must inform the club of the death of the holder and their intention to proceed with a change of name within a period of one year of said death. It must be remembered that when receiving a season ticket through a change of name that this holder may not make another change of name until 12 months have passed from the date of the previous change.

Fees for change of name of season tickets:

Free: between parents and children (and vice versa), between grandparents and grandchildren (and vice versa), between married couples and co-habiting couples recorded in register, between brothers and sisters and in-laws, between parents and children and in-laws and vice versa.

Non-refundable cost of season ticket for one year:

First cousins, nephews or nieces and their partners (married couples and co-habiting couples recorded in register), second cousins, nephews or nieces and their partners (married couples and co-habiting couples recorded in register.

Non-refundable cost of six seasons:

Non related persons

Note: This fee is applied to all changes of name, except season tickets for the Palau, which are free.

02. I have a problem with my seat in the Stadium, how can I sort it out?

If your seat in the Camp Nou is broken or you have a problem with the installations around you, tell the OAB, about it.

To do so, contact the club by phoning +34 934963600, sending an e-mail to oab@fcbarcelona.cat, a fax to + 34 93 496 37 97 or a letter to the OAB, Avinguda Joan XXIII, s/n, 08028 Barcelona, indicating your personal details and what we can do to help you.

03. How can I cancel my season ticket?

To cancel a season ticket the cardholder must make a request to do so, attaching a photocopy of their national ID card, in person at the OAB, by e-mail, by regular mail or by fax to 93 496 37 97.

In the case of dead members, the application for cancelation must be accompanied by a photocopy of the death certificate.

04. How can I get a duplicate copy?

If you lose your membership card or any season ticket, come to the OAB and apply for a duplicate copy.

Documents to be presented by the member:
Written explanation by the owner of the reason for applying for a duplicate.
Original national ID card or other accrediting document.
In case of robbery, the report made to the police must be attached.
In case of loss during processing by financial organisations, members must also attach a bank certificate to prove and justify that the payment has been made. In such a case, the duplicate is free.

The cost of duplicate season tickets is €10.

As security measures for high risk matches, the procedures for making duplicates may be altered or eliminated. Until two days after these games no duplicates may be provided.

05. What do I have to do to get an veteran card?

A veteran card (carnet d'edat) is a free membership card. They can be requested by anybody who has been a member of FC Barcelona for 40 years and is older than 65 years.

How to order it?
Make an application to the OAB in which the member must be accredited by their national ID card.

If the application for an veteran card is made during the months of January and February all monies paid for the annual membership fee will be returned, as long as the payment has not already been returned and provided that the original membership card is presented. The card is issued immediately. If the cardholding member is ill, the application for the card can be made by a relative, who must provide, along with the membership card and national ID card, a document proving that person is still alive, a Census Certificate or a certificate from the bank from which the applicant member draws his or her pension.

The renewal must be made in person every year.

06. What should I do if I am having problems receiving the Barça magazine?

If you are having problems receiving the Barça Magazine you should write to the FC Barcelona Supporter Services Office (Avda. Joan XXIII s/n, 08028 Barcelona) by regular mail or by e-mail to oab@fcbarcelona.cat, phone +34 934963600 or in person at the FC Barcelona Supporters Services Office (OAB-Camp Nou Stadium).

07. What should I do to modify my personal details on the membership list?

A- Change of bank details when the membership cardholder and the Bank account holder are the same person:

In person at the Barcelona Supporter Service Office:
The change of details must be made by the actual cardholder by providing a supporting document of the bank account.

By telephone:
The signed application must be made by the cardholder, who, for reasons of security, should fax a supporting document of the bank account and photocopies of their membership card and national ID card.

By Fax or e-mail:
The signed application must be made by the cardholder, who, for reasons of security, should fax a supporting document of the bank account and photocopies of their membership card and national ID card.

B- Change of bank details when the membership cardholder and the Bank account holder are not the same person:

As well as the documents mentioned in the previous section and for reasons of security, proof of the authorisation of the bank account holder must also be provided.

C- Modifications of personal details (address, telephone, etc.):

In person at the Barcelona Supporter Service Office. The member must be present with their membership card in order for any changes of personal details to take effect.

By telephone:
Change of details, following identification of the member.

Fax/e-mail:
written application with the new details.

08. How do I obtain the badges (silver, gold and shining) that FC Barcelona awards its members?

When they join, the club presents all new members with the bronze badge. To show its appreciation and recognition of long-term loyalty to the club, FC Barcelona awards people who have been members for 25 years with a silver badge, those who have been members for 50 years with a gold badge and those who celebrate 75 years as members with a gold and shining badge.

The three are presented in person by the President or a member of the Board of Directors in a solemn ceremony held within the club facilities. When the time comes, the club contacts the members to invite them to the presentation ceremony. If members are unable to attend, the Barcelona Supporter Service Office takes care of the badges.

09. How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel his/her membership, the cardholder should request this in writing. Download the membership cancellation form, fill it in and send it to the OAB, attaching a photo of your National ID or passport. You can send cancellation requests by e-mail to oab@fcbarcelona.cat, by fax to 93 496 37 97 or by regular mail to Av. Joan XXIII, s/n, 08028 Barcelona.

In the case of minors, the cancellation request should be accompanied by a photocopy of the National ID of the minor's father, mother or legal guardian.

In the case of dead members, the application for cancelation must be accompanied by a photocopy of the death certificate.
