The FC Barcelona Women’s A team got their first win of the preseason on Sunday after prevailing by a score of 4-0 over ASPTT Albi, which were newly promoted to the French First Division this season. Barça, led by head coach Xavi Lorens, drew with Montpellier in their first exhibition of the 2015/16 season.

On Sunday, the FCB women were lethal from a scoring standpoint, with Olga Garcia's spectacular direct corner kick goal the epitome of the team's marksmanship. Alexia opened the scoring two minutes before the half by cleaning up the rebound following a shot by Jenni Hermoso.

Melanie scored from outside the area in the 64th to make it 2–0 and then five minutes later, Olga bagged her first of the game by clanging it in from long range off the inside of the post for Barça's third of the day.

The next game for Xavi Llorens's girls is against l'Estartit in Calella, where they'll be using the opportunity to prepare for the final phase of the Copa Catalunya to be held next weekend in Vilassar de Mar.
