Corredera's long range strike

The women’s team got their league campaign off to a great start with a 2-0 over Collerense at the Ciutat Esportiva. Alexia Putellas and Marta Corredera both scored absolute beauties.

The second, by Corredera, was a particular work of art. On the brink of half-time she collected the ball close to the centre circle and spotted the opposing keeper off her line. She sent the ball flying, and found the perfect spot just under the crossbar to set Barça well on course for the first three points of the season.
