FC Barcelona’s youth teams continue to win titles. FCB’s Benjamín A team are the latest team to claim their Liga crown. The youngsters clinched the title away to Pallejà after a convincing 1-9 victory. The team managed by Marc Serra and David Sánchez played this afternoon in the penultimate match of the season. With today’s three points, Barça have a total of 85 points, 4 more than Cornellà, which means that the Azulgranas are mathematically champions.

Winning the Liga in style

The Azulgranas won the title thanks to a convincing win over Pallejà. Little by little Barça started to knock in the goals, the first was Marc Alegre’s, followed by Moriba (3), José Martínez (2), Aitor (1), Álvaro (1) and Kays (1). Marc Baluda scored for Pallejà.

After the referee blew the final whistle, the Azulgranas celebrated the title on the pitch and Pallejà, in a gesture of good sportsmanship, gave Barça the honour guard as the players left the field.
