Camp Nou ready for this season's Champions League / FCB

From next season the temporary reseating of season ticket holders in the Main Stand for games in the Champions League due to UEFA regulations will be carried out on a rota system to avoid inconveniencing the same ticket holders for every game. During the next five seasons, until the redevelopment work at Camp Nou is complete, the 1,575 seats required by UEFA will be rotated in five blocks distributed amongst the central part of the lower and upper Main Stand.

The season ticket members affected will be seated in a different part of the ground for games in the Champions League and they will have a 15% discount on the price of their season ticket for the season.

Team competing in the UEFA Champions League sign a contract to take part in the competition in which all the conditions the club must fulfill, amongst which is the obligation to provide seats at Camp Nou for both UEFA and the visiting team’s fans in particular areas of the stadium. These figures increase as the competition advances.

For years now, for each Champions League game, the Club has been obliged to move an important number of season ticket holders. In the last few seasons the members moved have been the same given the fact that the Club takes advantage of the non-season ticket area of the stand. As the competition develops, new seating is required due to UEFA requirements so more season ticket holders are contacted with the aim of moving them to an alternative seat.

All the season ticket holders affected this season will not be included in the rotation policy which will begin with next season’s Champions League.
