Here's a look at the numbers from the second leg:

Munir El Haddadi scored both goals on Wednesday night, his first two away goals since joining Barça's first team.

Munir's double gives him four goals on the season, all in the Copa del Rey. The first two came against Villanovense in the last 32. Munir is now the team's top scorer in the competition this season. Below is the buildup to his second goal:

The victory is Barça's first road win since routing Real Madrid 4–0 at the Bernabéu on 21 November (not counting the FIFA Club World Cup Final victory over River Plate in Japan).

So far in 2016 Leo Messi has participated in 8 of Barça's 9 goals, recording five goals and three assists, the last of which was his assist on Munir's first goal Wednesday night, detailed in the following graphic:

Wednesday's victory over Espanyol keeps FC Barcelona head Luis Enrique undefeated in the Copa del Rey since joining the team. That's 12 wins and 1 draw with 46 goals for and just 8 against.

Barça now have gone five straight games without allowing a goal at Espanyol in La Liga and the Copa del Rey: 2–0, 0–0, 2–0, 1–0 and 2–0.

The win is Barça's first ever at Espanyol in a game played on 13 January; the three prior occasions were all losses (3-2 in 1934, 2-0 in 1980, and 3-1 in 2007).

Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan both made their second starts for Barça. Vidal made 43 passes and had an assist, while Turan made 51 passes. Below is Vidal's passing distribution:

Wednesday was the third time FCB won by a score of 2–0 at Espanyol, the other two came in 2012/13 and 2014/15 in La Liga.
