Tests this morning have revealed that FC Barcelona midfielder Rafael Alcántara — also known as 'Rafinha'has suffered a tear to the anterior cruciate ligament in his right leg. He will undergo surgery in the coming days.

Rafinha, who minutes earlier had come on for Ivan Rakitic, had to be replaced by Javier Mascheran
o 67 minutes into Wednesday's game. On Rafinha's first touch of the game, he was injured after being brought down from behind on a tackle by Radja Nainggolan. Nainggolan was shown a yellow card on the play.
