FC Barcelona are about to go into a key phase of their battle to do something quite extraordinary and repeat the amazing treble of last season.

The rest of January and the month of February bring nine crucial games in the Liga, Copa del Rey and Champions League, plus a cup semi-final if Athletic Bilbao can be beaten. All that in just five weeks!

Barça and Atlético Madrid have a massive match on Saturday 30 at 4.00pm CET- Two of the prime contenders for the Liga trophy will go head to head at the Camp Nou in a game that should have a huge bearing on the top of the table. Barça also have a game outstanding at Sporting Gijón on Wednesday February 17 at 6.30pm CET, which was originally postponed due to the Club World Cup in Japan.

There is a long trip to Las Palmas on Saturday February 25 at 4.00pm CET before the Champions League gets going again, with Barça off to London to face Arsenal at the Emirates. The month ends with Sevilla, the last side to beat the Catalans and who just took points of Atlético, coming to the Camp Nou. Since losing at the Sánchez Pizjuán, Barça have gone 24 games without losing.
