The week ahead: Home to Elche and Atlético

FC Barcelona have games in two competitions this week, and both of them are at home. On Thursday, they entertain Elche in the first leg of their round of 16 cup tie and on Sunday the guests will be defending Liga champions Atlético Madrid.

On Monday, there’s a special training session in the Miniestadi, the annual one that’s open to the general public, although tickets for that have already sold out. We’ll be streaming it all live here at www.fcbarcelona.com. Afterwards, the players will be going on their traditional visit to children in local hospitals on the day before King’s Day, which is a national holiday in Spain.
