Throughout the 26 Spanish Cup tournaments that FC Barcelona has won so far, Barça fans have enjoyed numerous great and historic goals. Check out this video of 10 iconic Barça goals in Spanish Cup Finals, from Caesar’s in 1952 to Messi’s last year.

1952 – FC Barcelona v Valencia (4–2)

César Rodríguez: Barça’s biggest scorer until the arrival of Messi scored the game-winner in the 1952 Final at the Nuevo Chamartín in Madrid. Caesar, who scored 232 goals for Barça, scored in the 118th minute. Valencia had earlier gone up 2–0 in the 28th minute.

1963 – FC Barcelona v Real Zaragoza (3–1)

Chus Pereda: The only previous Cup final played at Camp Nou was in 1963. Chus Pereda, one of the stars of the game, paved the way with a 9th minute goal.

1971 – Valencia v FC Barcelona (3–4)

Ramón Alfonseda: Just like in 1952, the 1971 Final was decided in overtime after being tied at two at the end of 90 minutes. Alfonseda, the current president of the Barça Players Association (ABJ), scored the game-winner on 112 minutes.

1983 – FC Barcelona v Real Madrid (2–1)

Marcos Alonso: La Romareda was the site of a very evenly matched Final between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid in 1983. A spectacular goal by Marcos Alonso in minute 90 gave the title to the Catalans.

1988 – FC Barcelona v Real Sociedad (1–0)

Alexanko: In a difficult season for the Club for on and off the field, Barça, led by head coach Luis Aragonés, managed to hoist the Cup at the Santiago Bernabéu. Alexanko scored the game’s only goal.

1990 – FC Barcelona v Real Madrid (2–0)

Guillermo Amor: Barça beat Real Madrid in the 1990 Final at the Mestalla, a title that would mark the beginning of a legendary team. A young Amor put Barça in control of that Final with a goal in the 68th minute.

1997 – FC Barcelona v Real Betis (3–2)

Juan Antonio Pizzi: Emotions ran high throughout this edition of the Cup. The final was no disappointment, as Betis went ahead twice, but Pizzi drew Barça level to send the match into overtime, with Barça coming out on top at the Bernabéu.

1998 – FC Barcelona v Real Mallorca (1–1)

Rivaldo: The Brazilian scored the game-tying goal on 66 minutes against the surprise team of the 1997/98 season — Real Mallorca. With that goal, the game would go into overtime and then into a penalty shootout where Hesp would become the hero of the day.

2009 – FC Barcelona v Athletic Club (4–1)

Touré Yaya: The Ivory Coast native, who played at centre back that day in, became one of the iconic images of that final, tying the game with a long-range strike before Barça put the nail in the coffin with three more goals from Messi, Bojan and Xavi.

2012 – Athletic Club v FC Barcelona (0–3)

Messi: After an early strike from Pedro, the Argentinian scored Barça's second goal after 20 minutes, putting them on course for the 2012 title. Athletic Club had no chance that year.
