The last Clasico was played on March 23 – 216 days ago.Five players have moved on since then:  Víctor Valdés and Cesc Fàbregas (Barça) and Diego López, Xabi Alonso and Di María (Real Madrid).


This will be Leo Messi’s twenty-ninth Clasico. So far he’s won 14, drawn 7 and lost 7, whilst scoring 21 goals and giving 12 assists.


The last time a game ended without goals between the two was on November 23 2002 at the Camp Nou.


The last time Barça went to the Bernabeu with a four point lead in the league they came away with a famous 2-6 win.


The most repeated result in the fixture is a 2-1 win for Madrid, which has happened 18 times. The next most frequent result is a 1-1 draw.


FC Barcelona have won eight of the last twelve games against Madrid, with two defeats and two draws.
