For any Barça supporter, November 22, 2014, is a date to be remembered forever. Sevilla lost 5-1 at the Camp Nou, and three of the goals were scored by Leo Messi, who in doing so beat Telmo Zarra’s legendary record of 251 goals for Athletic Bilbao in the 1950s. That game took his tally up to 253, and there are plenty of years left for Messi to rack up plenty more goals on top of that!

In a special edition of ‘Porta 104’ on Barça TV, Ramon Besa, Raül Llimós, Jordi Pons and Miguel Rico look at how a record was broken that many people felt could never be beaten in the modern era. But Messi has made a habit out of rewriting the record books, and in 2014, he did again!
