One of the more famous faces who witnessed FC Barcelona's 2–0 victory over Valencia at Camp Nou on Saturday was Andy Murray. The Scottish tennis player, visiting Barcelona, said he was delighted to take in a game: "I love watching [Barça]. They're just a great team to watch, I really enjoy the way that they play. I watch the English Premier League when I'm travelling and I love watching the Spanish League too. It's great to be here," he said.

Murray, currently ranked number 3 in the ATP, enjoyed seeing first-hand as Leo Messi set a new milestone with his 400th career goal. "I love watching Messi. He has incredible talent and it's always spectacular to watch him play," he said, while also praising Xavi and Iniesta.
