Spain's group leadership up for grabs, with 6 Barça players

Valdés, Alba, Xavi, Iniesta, Cesc and Pedro could figure this evening when Spain face Finland in the sixth game of their World Cup qualification campaign. Vicente Del Bosque's side need the win to stay top of the group with France close behind.

Spain play Finland this evening in the sixth game of their World Cup campaign. Vicente Del Bosque has called up six Barça men for the game, which they need to win if they are to stay top of the group, with France just a point behind them and due to play Georgia in Paris.

With three games left to play, Spain play Finland, who took a point from their first game against the current World Cup holders and are themselves pushing for second spot. Spain then play Belorussia and Georgia in what should be two easier games, but a slip up tonight could give France the chance to take top spot.

Six Barça players, but important absences

Spain could field up to six Barça players - Víctor Valdés, Jordi Alba, Andrés Iniesta, Xavi Hernández, Cesc Fàbregas and Pedro Rodríguez are all in the squad - though Gerard Piqué is suspended and Sergio Busquets is injured.
