This afternoon Pedro Rodíguez and César Azpilicueta held a press conference after Spain’s training session in Washington, DC. The FC Barcelona forward said, “in general we are doing well, we’re training hard and things are looking good.” Pedro went on to say that it will be important to adapt “to the harsh climate” of Brazil.

When asked about the possible new signings and departures Barça are planning this summer, he said: “If Cesc leaves it will be a shame because he’s played at a high level.” In regards to his own situation, he said, “I’m calm about it all, right now I’m focused on the national tea. If I have to decide anything, I’ll talk to the Club.”
