The Club's teams have all been paying their respects to the ex-coach.

This weekend’s sporting activity has been dominated by the tragic passing away of Tito Vilanova on Friday and the Club’s teams have reacted by paying  their respects to the ex-Barça coach, with a minute’s silence being observed at all the games. Messages of condolence from the sporting world have also arrived from all over the globe.

Barça Alusport observed a minute’s silence before their UEFA Futsal Cup win, which they then dedicated to Tito’s memory. There was also an emotional minute’s silence at the Palau before the handball team’s win on Saturday to see them through to the Final Four of the Champions League  and the Barça B players dedicated their goals at Las Palmas to the team’s ex-coach.

The basketball and hockey teams both played this Sunday and both paid homage to Tito, as did the Youth B team, for whom Tito’s son plays, with the players sending a message of support to their teammate and dedicating their win to him.
