Sergi Roberto out of action for four weeks

Sergi Roberto had to abandon the pitch on 51 minutes after picking up an injury. The Club’s Medical Services confirmed that the player has suffered a tear in his left hamstring.

Sergi Roberto will be out of action for four weeks, meaning he’ll miss Barça B’s matches against Xerez, Almería, Real Madrid Castilla and Sabadell.

Villa came off as a precaution

David Villa, who scored a brace against Córdoba, noticed discomfort in both of his legs in the dying minutes of this evening’s match. The technical staff decided to take the player out of the game as a precaution.
