El Barça, celebrant un gol al Clàssic de la temporada 1958-59 (4-0)

Back in the days of the legendary HH, Helenio Herrera, Barça’s controversial but ingenious manager was out to thwart the supremacy in Spain of the Di Stéfano inspired Madrid. The Camp Nou was the venue for an amazing display, with playmaker Kubala performing brilliantly and Evaristo on a veritable goalscoring spree. His second goal was especially memorable, in which he dribbled around Lesmes and Alonso before converting from the narrowest of angles. But the wonderful performance was blighted by red cards for both Czibor and Santamaría. Barça went on to win the title, scoring 96 goals in 30 games.
