Tickets may only be collected in Madrid, at Pabellon no. 2 of IFEMA, av. Partenón, no 5.
Metro IFEMA: Line 8, station 'Feria de Madrid'
IFEMA has paid parking spaces until 21.30.

Supporters club and non-members only need their national ID and shirt number (the purchase identifier number).

Friday 20 April, from 12.00 to 22.00
Saturday 21 April, from 9.00 to 20.00

Conditions

Tickets bear the user’s name and surname and must be collected by this person by presenting their national ID and other documents as required below.

In the case of minors (i.e. under 18), the ticket can only be collected by the child in the company by any of his/her and/or an adult person who has been assigned the legal guardianship of the minor, or any other person authorised by the parents or legal guardians, with photocopy of national ID and ‘family book’.

Tickets shall not be issued to persons other than the bearers of the same and authorisations for other persons to collect shall not be accepted. When collecting tickets, users will be issued wristbands for security purposes.

The following documents must be shown in order to collect tickets:

Shirt number (purchase identifier, found at the end of the confirmation email)

Tickets shall not be delivered to anyone other than the bearers of the same.

Other issues

a)   Access to the stadium shall be subject to compliance with:
      - The stipulations of current legislation and standards with regard to violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport (Law 19/2007 of July 11 and Royal Decree 203/2010, of February 26).
      - The regulations of the stadium in Madrid.
      - Those stated in any regulations applicable to the subject of entrance, safety, health, etc.
b)   Likewise, and for security purposes, entrance to the stadium may be subject to:
Inspections.
Searches.
Etc.
c)   FCB informs members that the RFEF reserves the right to ask persons that intend to enter the stadium for official documentation containing the holder’s photograph and signature in order to permit identification (DNI, NIE, Passport, etc.). Should any anomaly be detected, such as the lack of any correspondence between the winner and the ticket or that of the companion, these persons shall be refused entrance to the stadium, and it shall become possession of FCB, RFEF the staff designated by the owner of the stadium or any competent bodies (e.g. private surveillance, private security forces), and thereby automatically rendered null and void without any type of compensation or reimbursement of the price, as well as proceeding by reporting said conduct to the FCB Disciplinary Commission in order for it to take the necessary measures (in the case of members) and to the corresponding authorities in order for these to take the corresponding administrative, police and/or measures.
d)   Members must keep the tickets not only throughout the full duration of the match but for as long as they remain on the FCB premises in general and inside the stadium, and shall be compelled to show them to the staff designated by FCB and/or RFEF or any competent bodies (e.g. private surveillance, private security forces), should they be so required.
e)   FCB shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft of tickets.
f)    Should any anomaly be detected in the ticket (falsification, imitation, tearing, etc.) or should they have been obtained via an unauthorised channel (theft, resale, etc.), the carriers of the same shall be refused entry to the stadium and it shall become possession of FCB, RFEF the staff designated by the owner of the “Vicente Calderón” stadium or any competent bodies (e.g. private surveillance, private security forces), and thereby automatically rendered null and void without any type of compensation or reimbursement of the price, as well as proceeding by reporting said conduct to the FCB Disciplinary Commission in order for it to take the necessary measures (in the case of members) and to the corresponding authorities in order for these to take the corresponding administrative, police and/or measures.
