Barça B rounded off a successful unbeaten pre-season by beating third tier rivals Manlleu with a second half goal from Dongou to take the Manlleu Trophy and make it five wins and a draw – won on penalties against Llagostera - from their six warm up games. The league campaign starts next Saturday with a visit to neighbours Cornellà on Saturday.

Dongou on target again

Barça B dominated from the off, looking solid at the back and Dongou was unlucky to have a goal ruled offside on 40 minutes, with the only negative the injury sustained by Grimaldo who was replaced by Babunski just before the break. Gerard Lopez brought on Campins and Godswill down the right flank for the second half and the two combined to set up Dongou, on 57 minutes for his sixth goal of the pre-season, which he could have added to late on, as both he and Gumbau had chances to increase the lead.
