Barça B face Las Palmas on Saturday in the Miniestadi (8.00 PM CET), and the day before the game, Eusebio Sacristán told the media that “we are looking forward to the game and hoping for a win to start the year. We’re feeling refreshed and stronger and more united with each day. The players are in a positive mood and feeling fit.”

On the side they face tomorrow, the B team manager commented that “Las Palmas have very experienced, top level players. They create a lot of danger up front and that experience also means they’re well balanced at the back.” Two former players will be returning to their former home, Benja and Araujo, and on the Argentinian Eusebio said “I feel a lot of affection for the lad. He’s a great guy and I’m delighted that things are going so well for him”.

Patric included

Barça B trained today at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper in a session that was open to the media. When it was over, Eusebio announced that Patric has been handed a place in a full squad that reads as follows: A. Ortolá, J. Suárez, Grimaldo, Patric, Edgar Ié, Samper, Adama, Pol Calvet, Dongou, Joan Román, Babunski, Macky, Gumbau, J. Cámara, Sandro, S. Juste, Halilovic and R. Costa. The manager has chosen to drop Campins and Bicho, while Lucas and Kaptoum are out through injury and Diagne is suspended. Ondoa and Maxi Rolón are both away on international duty.
