One of the league's strongest sides, Las Palmas, ltook the three points from the Miini Estadi, despite taking an early lead through Tonny Sanabria, before Nauzet Alemán and Vicente Gómez turned the game around for the visitors.

It was an open game which ended in controversy when the visitors had both Aythami and Apoño sent off late on and Barça had a big claim for a penalty turned down.

Sanabria opens the scoring

With only Denis Suárez in for  Dongou as the only change from last week's team who beat Girona, Barça B went out looking for their second win of the week. Dani Nieto and Edu Bedia had two early shots and soon after, on 19 minutes - Denis Suárez fook a free kick from wide, Aythami half cleared and Tonny Sanabria fired home the opener.

Chances for both sides

The excellent Javier Espinosa. came clsoe to doubling the lead with a shot from outside the box, saved by Barbosa and then nearly rounding off a good counter and shot from Dani Nieto.

Las Palmas didn't really make much impression until the final five minutes of the half, when Nauzet and Vicente Gómez both missed good chances.

Visitors fight back

The second half started well for Barça A when Denis Suárez nearly put away a Patric assist, however the goals came at the other end, when Chrisantus set up Nauzet Alemán from the left and Las Palmas were level.

Now the visitors had their tails up and Vicente Gómez intercepted a back pass from Ilie to Masip and gave Las Palmas the lead, with Masip also getting a knock as he slipped.

Chances, but no goals

The Barça youngsters didn't let the goals get them down though and laid siege to the visitors' area and pushed Las Palmas back.  Samper and Edu Bedia  both had long range efforts and  Sandro missed three chances from inside the box.

Las Palmas stood firm though and were even able to withstand with nine men after Aythami  and Apoño were both sent off.
