Vic 3-8 Barça: The year ends with another win

A great win for the blaugranes with an 8-3 victory in their final game of 2020. Goals Alabart (2), Joao (2), Pablo Álvarez, Helder Nunes, Matias Pascual and Sergi Llorca were the goalscorers for a success that allows them to cut the deficit on leaders Liceo. 

Initial domination 

Alabart opened the scoring after 11 minutes after good work from Joao. Vic equalised but from then on Edu Castro's team took control and Joao and Alabart gave the blaugranes a 3-1 lead at half time. 

In the second half Joao added another and then Llorca, Pablo Álvarez and Helder stretched the lead to 7-1. Vic pulled one back before Matias Pascual made it 8-2. A late strike from the home side gave the score a bit more respectability as Barça took the win in their last game before the Super Cup on 2 & 3 January.
