Trio of matches at Camp Nou

Valverde’s men face three consecutive home games in the next week or so: Eibar, Levante and Leganés

After two away trips on the bounce, the 2-1 win at Getafe in La Liga and the 2-1 reverse at Levante in the Copa del Rey, Ernesto Valverde’s team faces three consecutive fixtures at Camp Nou. The first of those, the opening home game of 2019, comes on Sunday 13 January at 6.30pm CET in week 19 of La Liga.

In midweek the blaugranes then face the second leg of their Copa del Rey last 16 tie against Levante on Thursday 17 January at 9.30pm CET. Barça are the current cup champions and are looking for a fifth successive win in the competition.

Finally, Valverde’s team face Leganés on Sunday 20 January at 8.45pm CET in La Liga. In the same fixture earlier this season, Barça lost 2-1 so they will be looking for revenge as the second half of the league season gets under way.

Three home games in eight days, two in the league and one in the cup mean the fans will have ample opportunity to show the support that will be necessary to help Barça remain leaders in the league and maintain their challenge for a fifth Copa del Rey trophy in a row.
